West Seattle Residence

This West Seattle home had good bones, but dated details and a closed-off kitchen were holding it back.

We opened the kitchen to the living room to create a brighter, more connected space for everyday living and gathering. In the kitchen, we reworked the cooking zone with a full range and vent hood, and selected new countertops and a herringbone backsplash. Throughout the home, we installed new flooring, removed the old molding, refreshed the walls with a new paint palette, redesigned the fireplace with new finishes, and replaced every outlet and switch cover, so even the smallest details feel clean and cohesive.

The result is an open, light-filled home that feels intentional, functional, and ready for everyday life.
